Daniel Docherty, 53 of Bloomingdale, NJ on April 27, 2014. Retired as a sergeant after 25 years of service to the Paterson Police Department. Survived by his wife, Susan (nee Thompson), and their children, Meagan, Christopher, and Cullen. Funeral Liturgy will be held on Thursday May 1, 2014 at 10 AM at St. Mary’s RC Church 17 Pompton Ave Pompton Lakes, NJ. Relatives and friends may visit the Oakland Memorial Home 330 Ramapo Valley Road (Rt.202) Oakland, New Jersey on Wednesday April 30, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
