Joe was my friend. I met Joe over 35 years ago as a member of the Bergen County Landscape Contractors Association. We have been good friends ever since. Joe was always there for me personally and professionally. He worked tirelessly on the BCLCA Trade Show setup including booth set up and traffic control, always willing to do any job needed. You know you have a good friend when they are willing to drive down from Ringwood to Mahwah to help with my snow removal business sometimes even staying overnight whenever I needed the help. Joe was always my trusty chauffer going to trade shows and meetings always being at least 15 minutes early every time. We always had many conversations about anything and everything to make the time go quickly. The rock walls that Joe built at my house were built to last a lifetime and are still standing tall just as the day they were completed. Joe taught me to do everything 110% all of the time. He was truly an example of a hardworking tireless landscape professional.
Joe, I will miss you terribly and I will keep in touch with Jan to make sure she is doing ok.
