Oh the memories. I first met Irene in l940, we were both workers at the bingo at Holy Cross Church, became good friends and she honored be when she was my date forour high school junior prom. During the war we dated and I picked her up at the AT & T building on Canal Street where she worked with her best friend Margie Clancy. My clossest friend was Bill Thys. When Bill returned from the Pacific where he was awaarded many medals forhis service in squadron VPB104. He immediately reconnected with Irene and I was fortunate to connect with her friend Margie (we have now been married for 65 years). Time and the responsibilities of married life caused us to lead separaate lives but the love is still there as strong as ever. Irene we love you, we have always loved you, we will always love you. Enjoy eternity with Bill
