~~Constance Ann Hand, 77, of Oakland NJ passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017. Born in Jersey City NJ on September 19, 1940 to George Ipsaro and Victoria Mayo; Connie was a resident of Oakland for fifty years. She was a very proud grandmother of nine and great grandmother of three. Connie was a loving (and patient) wife, loyal sister, supportive mother and enthusiastic grandmother. She is now in a better place, enjoying some time with her sister Rose and numerous friends that left Earth before she did. She will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life for Connie will take place on Wednesday OCTOBER 11TH FROM 6:00 TO 8:00 PM at the Oakland Memorial Home located at 330 Ramapo Valley Road (Rt. 202) in Oakland NJ.
