Obituary of Arthur J Martorelli

Arthur J. Martorelli of Oakland, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2017 at the age of 86. Arthur was born in Manhattan, NY, to Armando and Carmela. He was a veteran of the Korean War and employed with Estee Lauder for 30 years as an Engineer. He was a long time resident of Oakland, where he served on the board of zoning. He was also active in retirement in Toms River, NJ. Arthur was predeceased by his loving wife, Jean. He is survived by their adoring children: Arthur (Lori), Kenneth, and James and his beloved grandchildren Marissa and Kenneth II. A viewing will be held from 4-8pm on Wednesday, August 2nd at Oakland Memorial Funeral Home in Oakland, NJ. All will gather at the funeral home on Thurday, August 3rd at 9:30am followed by internament at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. The family will provide transportation to and from the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation.
