It was very sad to learn of the passing of Jim. I have known Jim since the first grade at St John Chrysostom grammar school in the Bronx. We both attended St. Johns and Mount Saint Michael High School. Jim was a long time friend and we, as youngsters played many street games together. I must admit that he was the better athlete. I last saw Jim at our 50th reunion of the 1960 class of Mount Saint Michael. We shared many memories of our childhood adventures. Following the reunion, we spent much time talking on the phone about politics, stock markets and all the friends we had growing up. My deepest condolences to his family.
