Obituary of Kenneth A. Huhn

Kenneth A Huhn  February 18, 1935 - April 30, 2023
On Sunday, April 30th Kenneth Huhn, loving husband, father and grandfather,  passed away at the age of 88.

He was born in Brooklyn NY.  He attended St. Ephram’s Grammar School and PS 107 High School.  He was a Veteran in the Army based out of Ft Dix.    He graduated from Pace University 1963 with a degree in Accounting …
Over the years he acted as a Corporate Controller, Vice President of Finance and General Manager for various companies. Ken became President and Owner of Elizabeth Engineering Corporation, and later entered into a joint venture with E&R Industries.   He purchased J and J Medical Supplies in Teaneck and ran a successful business until his retirement.  Retirement did not suit him, so he continued to work for several more years with his son Greg at All Mechanical Services.
Ken loved to spend time with his family and sail and golf whenever he could. A ticket holder for the Giants and Jets for years, he loved sharing these times and good cigars and vodka with family and friends.   Debating the current topics of the day was a pleasure for him, as was sharing a great meal and fine wine with friends.

Ken is predeceased by his parents, John and Catherine Huhn and his brother Jack.

Surviving are his wife, Sonya Hansen Huhn, Children, Stephen (Karen) Huhn, Gregory (Kim) Huhn, Lynn Miller, and Dianne (Garry) Hager.  Grandchildren, Scott, Ryan, Kylie, Madison, Kate, Philip, James and Kelly and great granddaughter Charlotte.
