Joan was such a fun, short, part of my life. She was so kind and funny and made the tragedy that was the flood, so much easier to deal with. She will be missed by all that knew her! I'm so sad to hear that she has moved away from us but that she is now pain free in the comfort of her eternal dream home.

In the seven short years that I had the honor of being Joan's friend my world was changed for the better. Within a week Joan went from being a colleague to a close friend that I could 100% trust and respect. Within a month Sean's desk was placed in my son's room hoping to keep him safe. Joan had the biggest heart and the sharpest mind. Joan was and will always be an inspiration for me. I admire her sense of humor, as well as her strength , and her values. There will never be anyone that can replace that kind, loving, friend Joan Massey. My thoughts, prayers, and love go out to her family.

To Craig,Kim,John,Steve and the rest of the Massey-Connolly family my deepest thoughts and prayers are with you.
I feel so blessed Joan was a part of my since we were eleven. Joan touched everyone's life in such a very very special way. During our friendship of 50 yrs we shared so much. And she was more of a sister than a friend. Joan made many new friends on the path of life but Joan never forgot our very special bond. Joan was full of wisdom, character, strength, and courage..a true role model.
Joan will continue to live in all of us...forever!!
Joan's big blue eyes will continue to shine down upon us all and I know when it's my turn she will be the first one to greet me.
Love,
Roberta(joffre)Lamb

I will always remember you as a dear friend of my Mom's; you were upbeat and positive and my Mom spoke often of you and your work in real estate and other endeavors, including when you both thought about starting a business! May you rest in peace with my Mom, and may your family find solace in each other and good memories of life as it was.
