Dear Bill and Marlene,
I am deeply saddened to learn of your loss. Please know that my sincerest condolences go out to you, Linda, Tom, and all of your family. Losing a child, of any age, creates a huge canyon in parents' hearts but her memory will remain vivid through those who remain behind. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
