Draycott, Janice Brower passed away peacefully, without pain or fear on 1/ 21/14. Janice has been a longtime resident of Oakland and Wyckoff, NJ. Born April 3, 1925 in Brooklyn NY and raised in Woodmere, NY. Her sons Barry George Draycott, his wife Holly, Bradley Keith Draycott, his wife Catherine and daughter, Donna Janice Dykstra, survive Janice. Janice also leaves her grandchildren, Virginia, Maxwell and Fabio Draycott and Kylie Dykstra, Travis and Jessica Straut, and her great grandson Kane. Janice was wed to George F. Draycott in 1948 and, in 1959, moved to 231 Van Houten Avenue Wyckoff, NJ. Janice was an active member of the Wyckoff Reformed Church; she was a member of the choir for many years. Janice was involved with the USO during World War II, worked as an executive secretary at National Bank. Later in the 1970's she worked for Nabisco Research Department. She enjoyed drawing, crafts, skiing, camping and time at Spring Lake with "the Ladies of the Lake". Services will be held in the Wyckoff Reformed Church 580 Wyckoff Ave, Wyckoff NJ, 11:00 AM, Saturday January 25th burial Wyckoff Reformed Church Cemetery. Followed by a reception in Heneveld Hall.
