DeStefano, Rose R (nee Birnie) 84 of Wanaque, NJ, formerly of Little Ferry, NJ, passed peacefully at home on Friday, March 2, 2018 surrounded by her family. Loving daughter of the late Rose and Thomas Birnie. Beloved wife of Peter. Devoted mother of Anne Holster and husband John, Jean Travaglini and husband Rob. Adored grandmother of Thomas, Jennifer, Damian, Robert and Christian. Dear sister of Margaret, Nancy, Jean, Thomas and the late John. Funeral Liturgy Tuesday 9:30 AM at St Francis of Assisi RC Church, Haskell, NJ. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery Mausoleum, North Arlington, NJ.
